Most software is provided free of charge and “as is.” You are responsible for checking suitability, keeping backups, and making your own decisions—especially when using financial, trading, security, or AI tools.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the website, creating an account, downloading, installing, or using Parit Lab software (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Free and experimental services
A Service may be a prototype, experiment, test build, or Stable release. These labels indicate development status only and do not guarantee that a Service is error-free, completely secure, continuously available, or fit for your particular purpose. Free Services may be changed, suspended, or discontinued without a guaranteed support period.
3. Licence
Unless a product page or open-source licence says otherwise, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence for normal use. You may not resell, rent, misrepresent authorship, remove notices, bypass licensing controls, attack systems, or use the Services unlawfully. Source-code use is governed by the licence accompanying that project.
4. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. We may restrict accounts that breach these Terms, create security risk, or disrupt other users.
5. Trading, AI, and technical information
Calculations, signals, backtests, examples, and AI output are educational decision-support materials, not investment, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Results may be inaccurate; past performance does not guarantee future results. Verify outputs and accept the risks of use. Do not use the Services in safety-critical systems where failure could cause death, injury, or severe damage.
6. Downloads and third parties
Use official download channels, keep devices updated, and back up data before installation. Google Play, GitHub, and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we do not control their availability or processing.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
Parit Lab names, design, content, and software remain owned by their respective rights holders. Bug reports and feedback do not transfer ownership of your pre-existing work, but you permit us to use them as needed to investigate, fix, and improve the Services.
8. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are supplied “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or error-free operation. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parit Lab is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or trading loss arising from use or inability to use the Services. Aggregate liability for a Service will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that Service during the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims caused by your unlawful use, infringement of another person's rights, or breach of these Terms, excluding loss caused by Parit Lab itself.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms as Services or law changes and will show the latest revision date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Thai law governs these Terms and Thai courts have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
