WORK GUIDE / KADEE

Keep shifts, overtime and income estimates in one place

KADEE is designed for shift workers who otherwise switch between a calendar, time notes and separate income calculations. It brings those records into one view so schedules and estimates are easier to review.

Start with your real shift pattern

Users define shifts and record working time and overtime by date, keeping the schedule beside the information used for calculations. Version 1.1.0 supports phones and tablets and adds schedule sharing over a local network.

An estimate, not a payroll statement

Results depend on the rates, formulas and hours entered by the user. The app helps with planning, but it cannot replace employer payroll, tax records or an official payslip. Verify the amount against official documents before making a financial decision.

Share only when needed

LAN sharing is intended for devices on the same trusted network. A schedule can reveal working times, so review what is being shared and avoid an untrusted public network when the information is sensitive.

FAQ

Questions before you begin

Will the estimate equal my actual pay?

It is not guaranteed. Actual pay may include tax, benefits, deductions or employer rules that are not represented in the user’s formula.

Does it replace an employer timekeeping system?

No. It is a personal planning and record tool. Employer and HR records remain authoritative.

Does schedule sharing use the public internet?

The feature announced in version 1.1.0 shares over a local network between devices on that network.
