Essential storage supports security and sign-in. Advertising storage is optional; rejecting it does not prevent normal website or client-portal use.
1. Controller and scope
Parit Lab, operated by the website owner, controls personal data processed through paritlab.com, the client portal, support workflow, and software distribution.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, language, hashed password, and account status.
- Licence and download data: project access, licence details, and necessary access history.
- Support data: subject, problem details, replies, and timestamps.
- Security and technical data: password-reset request IP, login time, audit records, and session data.
- Usage, advertising, and device data that Google may collect after you accept optional cookies.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to operate accounts, send password-reset links, grant downloads, answer support requests, secure and improve the Services, comply with law, and—with consent—measure usage or serve and measure advertising. Depending on context, processing relies on contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, or consent.
4. Cookies and local storage
Change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Rejection prevents new Analytics and advertising requests; prior processing may remain subject to the provider's retention rules.
5. Recipients and international transfers
We do not sell personal data. Necessary recipients may include hosting and email providers, administrators, and—with consent—Google Analytics or Google AdSense. Providers may process data outside Thailand, subject to appropriate legal and provider safeguards.
6. Retention
Data is retained only as needed. Account and licence records are kept while providing the Service and for a reasonable period afterwards. Password-reset tokens expire in 30 minutes. Security and support records are retained as reasonably needed for disputes, fraud prevention, and legal duties, then deleted or anonymised where practical.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdraw consent, or complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
8. Security, minors, and external links
We use reasonable access controls, password hashing, and security logs, but no system is completely secure. The Services do not intentionally solicit minors' data; guardian consent is required where law requires it. External services follow their own privacy policies.
